Overview

Online training for Hazard Communication

Hazard Communication training is required because hazardous materials are part of our everyday activities in the workplace. When we use chemicals correctly, they provide many benefits to us. However, some materials can be very hazardous if not handled properly. This hazard communication training course uses broadcast video and interactions to teach workers how to identify hazardous materials, read labels, use an MSDS, and identify hazards by category. This hazard communication training also discusses how a chemical can enter the body and the difference between acute and chronic health problems. It thoroughly teaches safe work practices when handling hazardous materials and how to store them properly. Proper emergency response procedures are also covered in the hazard communication training course.
