    • Recognize why it is essential to maintain contact with co-workers.
  • Discuss maintenance and usage of stairs, ladders, and other equipment.
    • Recognize the proper way to ascend a ladder.
    • Identify who can inspect a manrider or scaffold.
    • Explain what to do before donning fall protection.
  • Recognize your responsibility when it comes to working at heights.
    • Discuss safe practices of working at heights.
