Twelve Angry Men: Different Kind Of Leadership

When someone assumes the leadership role within a team, it is important for them to invite everyone to participate in the decision-making process and help everyone look at the task at hand from multiple perspectives. This course features the film, “Twelve Angry Men,” and demonstrates how the leader of the group fosters an atmosphere of open minds and keeps the group from settling on the easy answer. The leader instead helps guide the team to making a quality decision.
