As a manager, you have a responsibility to your organization and your employees to recognize and stop harassment. Sexual harassment creates a hostile work environment for everyone, and can put an organization through serious lawsuits. This training discusses what defines sexual harassment, and a manager’s role in responding to harassing behaviors.

The many scenarios and types of sexual harassment that may occur is important to understanding how to approach them when it happens, and how to prevent them from happening in the future. This course presents examples of harassing behavior, including quid pro quo, third party quid pro quo, unwanted advances, and same gender harassment.

The harassment can come from employees, managers, and even customers. This multimedia training helps prevent harassment, and help managers have the tools to better understand or recognize harassment when it happens.
