Overview

Acting with Accountability

Can you be counted on? Are you reliable? These are questions often asked, either by your friends, family, or even those at your work. They are, in essence, asking whether or not you are accountable. They want to know if you will keep your word, not make excuses, and follow through with your responsibilities. While becoming a truly accountable person may seem difficult, this training video teaches you 10 behaviors and skills to help you become the accountable, and dependable, person everyone wants you to be.

Anybody can practice these behaviors at any time. Regardless of your position within your company, and regardless of the type of job you have, these behaviors are applicable. The more you practice them the more they become natural and consistent, and thereby the more people will feel they can count on you. These behaviors range from the simpler “learn from your mistakes” to the potentially more difficult “be ethical”, and this On Demand lesson helps you through all of them.
