Orientation: Successful Workplace Behaviors

Providing an explanation of expected workplace behavior from the beginning sets a tone for employees and employers. This online orientation training video instructs new employees on a wide range of behaviors that can lead to successful employment outcomes irrespective of industry, title or position.

This training program is divided into four sections. Each section explains expected workplace behavior showcasing workplaces from offices to manufacturing. The four sections cover managing thoughts and actions, workplace relationships, tips to show management you want to succeed, and understanding your impact on the company.

By explaining expected behaviors and acceptable practices employees are able to put forth their best effort to exceed expectations for the role they were hired to fill.
