Workplace Emergency Action Plan and Response

This training prepares workers for emergency situations. The training is important for any worker. An emergency can occur at any time; therefore, workers should know the EAP (Emergency Action Plan) that is set in place.

The video instruction is divided into 4 major sections; Responding to Emergencies in the Workplace, Emergency Procedures: Office Buildings, and Emergency Procedures: Industrial Facilities. Hazards can vary within a workplace and taking action is important. Having important responses set in place is important in any scenario, which can range from weather issues, shootings, chemical exposure, and inside events. The EAP will also depend on whether or not the emergency is within and office or within an Industrial facility. The video training explains how to respond during each type of emergency situation.

Use this course to help follow OSHA guidelines for an Emergency Action Plan, and to prepare employees to react accordingly should an emergency occur.
