The No Fear Act Made Simple

Each year, federal agencies must provide notice to all employees and applicants about the additional rights and remedies available to them under anti-discrimination and whistleblower laws. This course enables federal agencies to fully comply with this requirement.

Based upon the 2002 Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination Act (also known as the No Fear Act), this course provides the federal agency employee training required by law every 2 years and within 90 days of hire for new employees. Spotlighting each core aspect of the law, including Notification, Anti-Discrimination, Whistleblower Protection Laws, Retaliation, Remedies, and Disciplinary Actions, this course explains to employees their rights to protect and defend themselves and report discrimination in the federal agency workplace environment.

Present this course to remain compliant with the Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act while ensuring all federal employees are thoroughly notified of their rights under the Act.
