Sexual Harassment Prevention in Illinois

By law, sexual harassment is not tolerated in any workplace. To help prevent sexual harassment many states have passed specific laws regarding work practices for harassment prevention. The state of Illinois passed a law for 2020, The Workplace Transparency Act, requiring all employees to complete harassment prevention training on an annual basis. This video training course provides Illinois employees with the training necessary to comply with state laws and help prevent harassment in the workplace.
