Overview

Workplace harassment is more pervasive than most people think, with an estimated 20% of men and 50% of women experiencing it at some point in the workplace. Managers and supervisors in the state of California, need to be aware of federal and state laws in order to prevent harassment at work. This is the fourth and final part of the four-part course on sexual harassment prevention in California.

This training is focused on abusive conduct and workplace bullying. The video explores a manager’s responsibility to prevent these unacceptable behaviors in the workplace. Examples of abusive conduct and bullying are shown.

This video course educates managers on their role in preventing harassment in the workplace. Managers who take this duty seriously will avoid legal trouble, while creating a healthy, productive work environment with high employee morale. Managers and supervisors must complete all four parts of this training series to comply with the law.
