In order to create an effective e-mail, it’s important to use emphasis tools such as bold, underline or italics to convey one’s message. However, a little emphasis goes a long way. This training demonstrates the importance of not distracting the recipient from the main message with too many emphasized words. The training also focuses on the use of emoticons or emojis and whether or not they are appropriate at your organization. Learn the value of using emphasis in order to send effective emails within the workplace.
