When leaders use one problem-solving method consistently, the process becomes more functional, routine and embedded in the workplace culture. This course shows leaders how to apply the A3 model for creative thinking and problem solving.
Based upon a hybrid model of A3, a Lean problem-solving approach that originated at Toyota, this course teaches leaders an 8-step problem-solving method. Upon learning each of the eight steps in A-3, from clarifying the problem to standardizing and sharing success, leaders then learn how to incorporate the “5 Whys” and Divergent/Convergent thinking into the A3 process.
Use this course to teach leaders, managers, and their teams how to attack issues and shift from analyzing problems to standardizing solutions.
