In order to quickly discover whether or not ideas will work, teams need to participate in both thinking and doing. Contrary to brainstorming, which is a method solely dedicated to generating ideas, “trystorming” involves both ideas and applications of the ideas.
This course teaches leaders how to take brainstorming to the next level with trystorming. In effect, when leaders encourage their team members to “try” in the context of “brainstorming,” the team members let go their risk-averse, conservative business perspectives and have fun in the process. By teaching leaders how to narrow down and try out different ideas, this course shows them how to discover the ideas that won’t work and the ones that will work best.
Use this course to teach team leaders how and why trystorming works and to motivate team members to actively engage in trystorming for problem solving ideas and successful execution of the best idea.
