Sales Calls: Staying Customer Focused

Successful sales people know sales don't just happen. In addition to genuinely caring about the needs of a customer the sales process must be understood. This training program “Sales Calls: Staying Customer Focused” explains how sales success can be repeated and reproduced over and again.

A successful sales call can be broken into seven components that must be individually embraced and put together to win. The seven components include pre-call planning, developing a trusting relationship, active listening, conducting a needs analysis, present according to the customer's needs, overcoming objections, and asking for the sale.
