Overview

Since the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, the world has changed. This is as true for communities as it is for workplaces. In order for employees to come back to work safely while ramping operations back up to their pre-COVID-19 levels, employers need to learn and apply the control measures established to assure returning employees’ health and safety.

Upon learning the symptoms and transmission modes of COVID-19, employers learn infection control measures and the factors that determine them. These factors are the basis for the what is taught in this course and include what employers must consider when determining control measures, how the screening process works for preventing potentially contagious employees from entering the facility, face coverings and physical distancing specifications, and OSHA categories of worker risk related to COVID-!9 exposure.

Use this course to assure the workplace is fully compliant with the control measures to keep returning employees safe from the spread of COVID-19.
