Accident Investigation

Nearly everyone has been involved in one accident or another. Although some accidents are minor, others, including those that can occur at the workplace, are more serious and can lead to injury or even death. Investigating accidents that happen at work can help make the workplace safer for all workers. The goal of the accident investigation case study is to prevent more accidents from occurring, not to assign blame or get others in trouble.
