Overview

Driving Safety

According to the National Safety Council, in 2018, an estimated 40,000 people in the U.S. lost their lives to car crashes. About 4.5 million people were seriously injured in crashes in 2018, only a one percent decrease over 2017. This driving safety course takes an in-depth look at driving from a safety perspective in order to help people focus in on the individual tasks of a highly complex process most do each day without thinking twice about it.

This safety training covers topics such as, preparing to drive, navigating around large vehicles like buses and trucks, adverse weather conditions, driving at night, and distracted driving. Best practices based on general safe driving principles are shown for the various driving situations discussed.

Use this course to help your team employ safe driving practices to protect themselves, and fellow drivers, on the road.
