Preventing Workplace Discrimination For Employees

Workplace discrimination is more common than most people realize. In fact, the EEOC recently reported employment discrimination lawsuits are on the rise and have been for several years. Discriminatory actions, complaints and lawsuits pertaining to all forms of unfair treatment on the job can be mitigated most effectively through employee awareness of what discrimination means, the damage it causes, and how to prevent it.

Beginning with an overview of discrimination and the laws enacted to prevent it, this course teaches employees about anti-discrimination policies and what defines discriminatory behaviors, many of which most people may not realize are discriminatory.

Present this course to all employees so they fully-understand the implications of workplace discrimination from all perspectives, and how to prevent it, respond to it, and report it.
