AWESOME: A New Generation at Work, Engaging Generation Y

Work can be creative, and for Generation Y creativity is a must. Generation Y has been raised with technology and change, and so they bring those great, new expectations to the table. This training shows the viewer what Generation Y needs to be successful in the traditional workplace.
