This Activity will help you achieve the following objective: Determine if your actions are consistent with your values.

This action is made for managers and is designed to help you increase trust and respect. As a manager, you will perform this action with your employees. By performing this action you will learn how to determine if your actions are consistent with your values. You will rank the importance of certain values to you, and ask your team to rank how important they feel the values are to you based on your actions and behaviors.

Completing the Activity on the job should take you 2 to 3 hours.
