This Activity will help you achieve the following objective: Ask a leader to come talk to the team about ethics, integrity, and the company values.

This action is made for managers and is designed to help you build integrity and trust. As a manager, you will perform this action with your employees. By performing this action you will ask a leader to come talk to the team about ethics, integrity, and the company values. You will ask a company leader to attend a team meeting to discuss the impact ethics, integrity, and values can create for the company, its customers, and long-term results.

Completing the Activity on the job should take you 3 to 4 hours.
