This Activity will help you achieve the following objective: Create a personal skill development plan.

This action is made for individuals and is designed to build your skills and capabilities. As an individual working for a company, you will perform this action on your own. By performing this action you will learn how to create a personal skill development plan. You will create a plan to develop key skills and capabilities, identifying how you will build the skills and when.
