Career Development: Build Co-Worker Relationships

This Activity will help you achieve the following objective: Build relationships with colleagues to learn about their role, skills and expertise.

This action is made for individuals and is designed to help you build relationships with others. As an individual working for a company, you will perform this action on your own. By performing this action you will learn how to build relationships with colleagues to learn about their role, skills, and expertise. You will schedule time to meet with your co-workers to learn more about their past work experience, their current role and responsibilities, as well as their core strengths and capabilities.

Completing the Activity on the job should take you 5 to 8 hours over the next few weeks.
