Bystander Intervention In Chicago

Sexual harassment and bystander intervention employee training in compliance with Chicago law and the Illinois Human Rights Act is mandatory for every Chicago employer. This month we released a new course, “Bystander Intervention In Chicago,” which covers the bystander intervention training all employees in Chicago must receive.

Collectively, the six topics in this course provide city of Chicago employees with a comprehensive understanding of the root causes, prevalence, and characteristics of sexual harassment while empowering them to mitigate and prevent it at their workplace.

Use this course to ensure every employee understands how to recognize harassment and employ bystander intervention to keep their Chicago workplace safe and harassment-free.
