Creating a Positive Compliance Mindset

New Diversity Training for Employees and Managers

This month we released two new titles on diversity in the workplace. A diverse workplace offers a number of significant benefits to an organization. Unfortunately, some people are resistant to diversity and can cause major problems. These new courses help show employees and leaders how they can support and encourage diversity where they work.

Managers and supervisors have an added responsibility to their team and organization to support diversity and prevent and handle discrimination should it occur. This new course explains the importance of diversity and the policies and procedures leaders can use to support and encourage diversity, while combatting discrimination.

The new titles are:

• Diversity In The Workplace For Managers And Supervisors
