Conflict De-escalation Training

 
 

There are a number of reasons conflict erupts in the workplace, and 2020 certainly introduced a few new reasons. This month we released six new microlearning titles that use humor to present some best practices to de-escalate workplace conflict. Three of the titles apply to any type of conflict, and three of them are unique to issues related to mask-wearing.
