Overview

Leadership and Creating Teams out of Chaos

This video-based training discusses a new way to work and interact in organizations based on the science of chaos. Highlighted in the video are new workplace practices for the 21st century. No longer do job descriptions and titles determine how employees in an organization act among one another.

Each of the organizations highlighted in the video brought in experts who have studied the effects of chaos on an organization to help them apply the new science to their own work practices. They point out how positive chaos can be beneficial and used to the advantage of organizations.

In order to have an atmosphere based on teamwork individuals in the organization need to know their shared purpose and how they are accomplishing the guidelines set forth. Experts in the course point out in order for companies to flourish and grow in the 21st century they must be open to the idea of positive chaos and the processes that create this type of work environment.
