Productive Communication is in Your Future

This training program “Productive Communication is in Your Future” is based on the book, “Leadership & the Art of Conversation” and explains the limitations of past tense conversations and how to unlock the power of future tense conversations.

The program teaches how conversations occur in the past, present or future realms as speech acts. Participants learn to recognize the hindrance resulting from lingering in the past and the benefits future conversations have on the present. First the limitations of past realm conversations is explored. Next learners are taught how to use future realm conversations to brainstorm ideas to put into action for present use. All of this is done based on five underlying principles used to manage conversation.

Participants complete training with a new outlook on conversations and their ability to effectively manage them.
