Managing Conflict: Small Vs Large Group Conflict

From having diverse personalities, to trust issues and the assumptions we make about each other, all leaders must deal with conflicts within their organization. This course helps leaders become more confident in their ability to manage conflicts and improves their skills for addressing conflict more proactively and professionally.

This training focuses on managing all conflicts at work. There are different sized groups, including, small and large, and techniques for managing the conflicts within those groups. This course gives tips and advice on how to manage conflict within each type of group. Brainstorming and working together is an important aspect outlined here. Also, listening, and other strategies are explained in this training, to make sure workers can come together despite the naturally occurring conflicts.
