Diversity: Gender and Sexual Orientation Workplace Issues

In any workplace, equality is an important thing to strive for. This online training program focuses on how to gain equality in the workplace while highlighting the benefits of keeping a diverse and safe work environment.

From different perspectives, male and female experiences in the workplace can be very different. This program teaches the viewer several tools to use when interacting with different genders and sexualities so work becomes a more beneficial place. Issues and fears of sexual orientation are another focus of this training. Informational interviews are presented so the viewer can understand the difference between genuine professional relationships and artificial barriers. The focus of this video is equality in the workplace, so an introduction to conflict based on gender and sexual orientation is looked at so the viewer can maximize the benefits of a diverse workforce.
