EEO Made Simple

The training focuses on simplifying the understanding of the what the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws are, and what rights they give employees.

This course starts by exploring the different laws related to EEO and describing the related protected groups. These include all different types of groups, including age, race and color, pregnancy, disability, religion, genetic information, and other groups. The course goes on to explain unintentional discrimination and different forms of harassment, as harassment is also covered under the Equal Opportunity Act.

Understanding the federal and state guidelines are important for all employers to have a successful workplace, that is compliant with the law. Use this course to help managers and employees understand their rights in relation to EEO law.
