Adapted from Cory Bouck’s book, “The Lens of Leadership,” this course introduces students to followership; demonstrated by the ability to “serve up” and a pre-requisite for becoming a future leader, who “serves down.” By presenting the “4 Tips for Career Gold,” this course teaches employees how to become more productive, innovative, knowledgeable, and polite and why doing so is beneficial to their company and their careers.
