EQ, or Emotional Quotient, is simply another way of saying emotional intelligence. According to studies, 90% of top performers have a high EQ, and EQ is also responsible for 58% of one’s job performance. Leaders who display high EQ have increased leadership ability, increased team performance, improved decision making, and increased personal well-being.
