Diversity: Don't Judge a Bird by Its Feathers

Most people naturally find some comfort in people who are in some way similar, this becomes a problem if preferences become biases impacting decisions, consciously or unconsciously. This animated narrative takes a light-hearted look at the negative impact of stereotypes on morale and productivity.

Diverse hiring practices alone are not enough to elevate organizations to their full potential. Stereotypes and biases must be addressed and cast aside. Once everyone is granted full access to express their opinions and ideas the rewards are boundless. Morale is improved, loyalty is greater than before and output increases.
