Unconscious Bias

Focused on showing employees how their unconscious biases lead to hasty and often unfair judgments, this course illustrates the harmful effects of unconscious bias in both their personal and professional lives. Upon defining the 5 types of unconscious bias, this course spotlights how each of them can prohibit quality recruitment, hiring and promotion policies, and then teaches your team how to develop best practices for dissolving them.
