Overview

Neurodiversity At Work

Sometimes it can be a challenge to work alongside people who think, communicate, or behave in ways that are different. However, when we celebrate each other’s differences the organization benefits a broader range of ideas, perspectives, and ways of solving problems. Learning to become a more mindful and supportive ally benefits everyone. The goal of this course is to help learners develop a better understanding of what neurodiversity is, how the environment can negatively impact neurodivergent employees and how best to support neurodivergent clients and coworkers.

This Neurodiversity At Work training starts by explaining what neurodiversity means and how a work environment can influence an employee’s ability to be productive. This course then explores how neurodiversity can improve a team. The course concludes by providing guidance on how you can support neurodivergent colleagues and clients.

By developing a better understanding of neurodiversity, workplaces can become more welcoming, positive, and productive places for neurodivergent and neurotypical customers and clients. Use this course to help your team become better allies for the neurodivergent community.
