Managing When: You Want To Offer Praise
When providing praise to employees a simple “great job” does not have the motivating effect you might expect. This course presents a communication strategy for how to properly praise employees, so you know your message is clearly understood. When an employee has a complete understanding of what they do that is great, they can better apply their skills to future tasks.
