Building Relationships: Interpersonal Relationships

Good leaders develop and nurture relationships. These relationships form the foundation for future career and business opportunities. This course shows leaders how to build the foundational relationships to create opportunities for success throughout their careers.

Upon introducing the fundamental communication skills all leaders must improve to build effective teams, this course explains how these communication skills apply to their team dynamics. Leaders are then shown the techniques for learning how to communicate clearly, concisely, and empathically in all conversations and interactions. Upon learning the skills involved in building sound relationships with team members within the work environment, learners are presented with the keys to networking, illustrating the importance of building sound interpersonal relationships outside of the work environment.

Present this course so all team leaders learn how to accomplish strategic goals and collaborate productively by building strong interpersonal relationships with team members, customers, and colleagues.
