This Activity will help you achieve the following objective: Create an agenda item to discuss how the ideas and opinions of others are being solicited and used.

This action is made for managers and is designed to help you value the ideas and opinions of others. As a manager you will perform this action with your employees. By performing this action you will create an agenda item to discuss how the ideas and opinions of others are being solicited and used. Create a team agenda item to increase the frequency that team members solicit the ideas and opinions of others.

Completing the Activity on the job should take you 15 to 20 minutes.
