We all hear eating right and exercising is the key to maintaining the proper weight, and this video goes in detail in how to do that and the benefits of it. How many calories one should take in is based on their age, gender, and activity lifestyle. The American Heart Association (AHA) has three levels of active lifestyles, which are detailed in the course.
