Creating A Positive Healthcare Mindset Part 4: Making It Happen

Creating a culture of change in the workplace begins with empowering each individual with the ability to create a mental pathway for achieving positive outcomes. As the first three parts of this series presented, this mental pathway begins with awareness of one’s negativity and recognition of what one fears and wants to avoid. The positive mindset process continues when learners can respond positively, instead of reacting negatively, to change and challenges.

However, none of these mindset transitions will take place until healthcare managers and team leaders in compliance roles learn how to inspire team members to engage and get on board. This final part of the series shows you how to get team member buy-in. This part introduces the three categories of group members and shows you how to develop them into agents of change, one person at a time.
