Improving Basic Selling Skills Part 2

This is the second in a three-part video series presenting sales techniques in an easy-to-follow manner: one for each letter of the alphabet. In this second part, you are shown skills corresponding to letters I through Q. Utilizing these techniques separates you from other sales reps and increases your chances of making a sale. As this video is the second part in the series, the skills learned here should be combined with the skills you learned in the first part.

For example, there is a fine line between being naturally inquisitive and being nosy, and you learn how to not cross the line. Next, you are shown the dangers of only speaking in one word answers. Other successful techniques are described in this training lesson, including how to nudge buyers who may be on the fence and how to ensure you speak with the decision-makers.
