Understanding Emotional Intelligence

People who have the highest emotional intelligence tend to be more successful in the work place. This training focuses on understanding emotional intelligence, so one can make the best decisions in life and at work. This course also helps workers deal with one another through empathy and not overreacting to situations.

This course demonstrates how the brain works, and from there explores emotional intelligence skills. The course walks learners through a 3-step process for acting with emotional intelligence, so learners know how to foster awareness, self-regulate and respond with empathy.
