Designed to define and teach professional excellence in the workplace, this course shows how to behave and what do, and, maybe even more importantly, how not to behave and what not to do. In a light-hearted but effective manner, the four topics in this course (Effective Communication, Proper Meeting Etiquette, Proper Technology Usage, and Effective Networking Techniques) spotlight the negative effects of inappropriate behavior while motivating team members to sharpen their communication, collaboration, and networking skills.
