You can follow the step-by-step instructions in the Implementation Guide to easily take action on the job in order to build this skill. This Activity will help you achieve the following objective: Determine what is required to ensure issues are solved in the right way at the right time.

This action is made for managers and is designed to facilitate great problem solving. As a manager, you will perform this action on your own. By performing this action you will learn how to determine what is required to ensure issues are solved in the right way at the right time. When faced with a problem you must solve, use the Persistence Process to keep you focused and on task until the issue is solved in the right way.

Completing the Activity on the job should take you 1 to 2 hours.

Managers
