Twelve Angry Men: Teams That Don't Quit

The course presents a different lens in looking at leadership and collaboration, using the film “Twelve Angry Men” for inspiration from which to draw.

The course divides teambuilding skills into five distinct points to help ensure professionalism and higher motivation in the workplace. The topics discussed include diversity and inclusion, equality, and talking things out. The latter half also includes looking at conflict resolution.
