Overview

Curing Negativity: Creating Positive Attitudes

A bad attitude stinks anywhere, but who wants to come to work and deal with co-workers who seem bent on crushing morale? The culprit may not know how they are impacting the entire work area. He or she may need someone to direct them toward a cure. This online Video On Demand training helps employees help themselves and simultaneously breathe renewed energy into their work areas.

Frequently negative behavior comes in the form of angry outbursts, being overly critical, “it's not my job,” spreading/starting rumors, apathy and pessimism. This training program provides a cure for all of these attitudes and even a few more. Examples of common negative behaviors are followed by scenes showcasing the positive outcomes resulting from applying the cures.

Once employees recognize their negative behaviors and the impact such behaviors have, they are positioned to apply an antidote, creating a more positive and productive workplace.
