Leadership Lessons from West Point

The United States Military Academy, commonly known as West Point has a reputation for producing top leaders. This training video affords everyone an opportunity to peak into the leadership lessons from West Point as defined by the U.S. Military Academy.

Ed Ruggero, West Point graduate and author on the book Duty First: A Year in the Life of West Point and the Making of American Leaders provides commentary. Each point covered in the video includes a maxim to help learners remember not only the point, but how to apply it. The six key points of the leadership lessons from West Point include ethics, communication, teamwork, delegating responsibility, planning, and failure.
