Driving accidents cause more than 40,000 deaths each year, making motor vehicle crashes the number one cause of death on the job. This course teaches employees safe driving practices to avoid becoming one of those statistics.

Regardless of the type of vehicle employees drive (car, truck, van) or the part driving plays in conducting their job duties, (making sales call or deliveries, attending meetings, or commuting), this course provides employees with some universal safe driving practices to use before and while driving. Upon becoming second nature, these extensive precautions dramatically reduce the chances of causing or being a victim of a driving accident. Some of the best practices include making sure a vehicle’s tires have enough air, wearing seatbelts, how to control a skid, and dealing with hydroplaning.
