Workplace Harassment in the Office

Workplace violence often stems from unaddressed harassment. Every year, some 16 million American workers deal with various types of workplace harassment. This training video provides insights into harassing behaviors, looks at and explains how harassment can be same-gender, cross-gender, superior to subordinate, peer-to-peer, or based on race, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, marital status or handicap.
